武雄センチュリーホテル、唐津ロイヤルホテルを経て、ハウステンボス株式会社ハウステンボスホテルズに入社。レストランマネージャーとして開業を手掛ける。同社ホテルヨーロッパ料飲支配人、料飲次長を経て、料飲部統括支配人に就任。2006年より同社ホテルデンハーグ総支配人に就任。2007年より開業準備中の野尻湖ホテルエルボスコに総支配人として着任。2008年9月より現職。
Mr. Kaz Soejima, with his wide experience in hotel operation, is responsible for operational repositioning of hotel. He took direct leadership in day-to-day operation and achieved 260% of revenue improvement and effective cost management to turn around a distressed hotel operation into sound management structure. Before he joins AGORA, he was the General Manager of Hotel Den Haag in Huistenbosch, Nagasaki pref.
監査法人トーマツ 国際監査部及びコーポレートファイナンス部を経て、2004年より株式会社イシン・ホテルズ・グループのアクイジッ ション部にて、新規ホテル取得を担当し、グループ拡大に貢献。2006年よりユニファイド・パートナーズ株式会社の投資部門にて、不良債権・不動産・事業投資に従事。野村證券株式会社を経て2011年2月より現職。
Mr. Nobuki Sato has long and solid experience in financial industry involved in M&A, hotel acquisition and asset management. He joined Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in 2000 worked as advisory for M&A and corporate financing. He has joined Ishin Hotels Group in 2004, in where he has involved in sourcing, due diligence and closing of about 25 hotels. Prior to joining Agora, he was a Vice President of asset management at Unified Partner, a subsidiary of Nomura Securities.
伊藤忠商事株式会社にてホテル日航東京開業準備室（出向）及び海外市場開発部アジア・中国・大洋州室を経て、２００２年㈱イーシップ物流コンサルタントとしてSCMシステム再構築業務に従事。２００５年より上海に渡り、上海宏軒広告有限公司設立、㈱新華通信ネットジャパン代表取締役社長を経て、2007年より上海天基広告有限公司 副総経理（兼任）。
Mr. Hiroshi Aso with his wide network from his career background at Itochu Corporation, is responsible for sourcing new hotel transaction and development projects. He was involved in development project of Hotel Nikko Tokyo in 1988. Prior to joining Agora, he was the CEO & President of Xin Hua Net Japan K.K. as well as Director of Ten Key Advertising Co. in Shanghai, which runs Chinese outbound travel portal site called
